The JHS Varsity Band meets during 7th period every day. This class at JHS is made up of only percussion students. Throughout the semester students will prepare band literature that will be combined with wind players of the Concert Band and Freshman Band at our concerts. The students will also prepare percussion ensemble pieces that will be performed at Solo & Ensemble Contest in February. All performances are listed on the calendar.
All students will need to supply their own drum pad and one (1) of drum sticks. Below are my recommendation for each out these.
