Concessions
Fundraisers are ran both through JHS and the Band Parent Organization. We hope to provide 3-4 fundraisers per year to reach your fundraising goals (see below).

Every year, the different activities at JHS sign-up to run concession stands at different sports events. Please sign-up to help run concessions on either of the dates below.

Fundraising Goals
​All Students, Marching Cavaliers, Cavalier Indoor Drumline

JHS Class Band Students
We ask ALL students in the JHS band program to fundraise during the school year. If you are a Marching Cavalier, disregard this and read the information to the right.
These expenses include, but are not limited to:
  • Special Trips
  • Clinicians
  • Meals
This money will be used for things such as the rotational trip, which is due to be during the '23-'24 school year, and related expenses.
Marching Cavaliers
We ask all students who participate in marching band to fundraise $250 to help cover expenses of the band. This money is an investment. With this money, we are able to pay for our:
  • music arrangers to write unique, one-of-a-kind music for us to perform
  • drill writer for top-quality marching routines.
  • color guard choreography for elegant and effect show choreography.
  • staff members who work with students throughout the season.
 The list can go on and on and everything on the list is for the betterment of the students and to enhance the overall experience of the marching band season. 

All money raised after the first $250 will go to that specific student individual account.
Cavalier Indoor Drumline
We ask all students who participate in marching band to fundraise $300 to help cover expenses of the ensemble. This money is an investment. With this money, we are able to pay for our:
  • unique shows that we form perform.
  • uniforms and tarp floor to perform in and on.
  • staff members who work with students throughout the season.
 The list can go on and on and everything on the list is for the betterment of the students and to enhance the overall experience of the marching band season. 

All money raised after the first $300 will go to that specific student individual account.
